out of this game or of all time?
either is a pretty tough question on this game i would go for charmander as there are few good fire types in pokemon games
out of all then i'd go for torchic smae reason as charmander and fire types just rock my socks cyndaquil also

I played pokemon red and blue version so many times. Bulbasaur's my favorite of all time. But for now on I pick Charmander. There really isnant many good fire pokemon except Moltress, and you find him later in the game.
