Ashelin could be Jak's mother! I mean, think about it. She knows Damas, Jak/Mar's father, for reasons she won't tell; she's 25-30 or so and the little Jak was only 5 years old. Plus, she was never in the same room as the little Mar in Jak II, so it could be that's why she never noticed him. That would also explain why she won't give Jak any explanation about her connection to him - maybe it's a topic too sensitive for her to talk about. Perhaps Damas lost her son at a young age?

I though the same thing but heres were i get thinking..............if Ashelin is Jaks Mother then its wierd they kissed at the end i hope to god she isnt his mother be a bad story line.

They didn't kiss. Ashelin put her hand on Jak's arm and the camera panned down to Daxter smiling. The only kiss in the quadrilogy is at the end of Jak X, and that's between Keira and Jak.

Have any of you paid any attention to the storyline? The reason Ashelin knew Damas was that he was the ruler of Haven City, and was later involved in the underground, leading to them taking possession of his child when he was cast out into the wasteland. Also, the official canon states that Ashelin is 3 years older than Jak if I remember correctly.
