Appearantly Leonor is shooting an independent movie called Sleep Dealer at the moment, and after that, it's finally Caleuche time for her! :)

The production should be in March. If they don't do it by then, they would have to wait until September because of Chiloe's weather, so I think they'll go for the closest date possible.

But is almost everything in Spanish. There it says that Olguin is uniting in an american film “Clock Tower”, but seems that they are working in the pre-production of “Caleuche, Call of the sea”. It's possible to see in the site production videos
Last time I heard of this (april), they were looking for finnacial support in Canada so they can start shooting.

sharesi, soy de chiloe y no hemos tenido noticias aun de la filmacion de la pelicula, lo que aparece en la pagina oficial es el making of de unas escenas previas nada mas...lo ultimo que habia oido que guillermo del toro estaria de productor junto a leonor varela...
Yes, i am from chiloe ( land of the caleuche) and here as no notice of star filmed, but the videos in the oficial site is just a shooting test nothing more...the last i hear is guillermo del toro co-producer with leonor varela ( sorry my english)
