Malachor V

This is going to sound confusing, bear with me, it's pretty cool. I had got to the cutscene where the Bao Dur hologram is talking to the remote. A glitch had occurred where the walls and floor had disappeared (it happens sometimes to me, I just reload the game).

Anyways, seen as there was no walls and floor, you could see the spot where the Ebon Hawk would be, and I saw one of the 'Remains' packs lying there. I was wondering if this was meant to be a possible storyline by Obsidian where one of your crew members would die in the crash in the Ebon Hawk, but was obviously left alone when they had to rush the completion of the game.

Sorry if I didn't explain that very well.
