I was playing as a Dark Side character and had Handmaiden with me, obviously, I think it was on Nar Shadaah, it was the last place I went. Anyways, I lost a bit too much influence and she refuses to talk to me.
In a different save, I accidentally killed her during one of the sparring matches.

The influence system drove me nuts, i much prefered kotor 1 where everybody had a side quest to reveal their backstory.
Don't think i ever killed handmaiden in a sparring match, but one time all the equipment i had given her had vanished from the inventory after the match!
