Telos problem

I'm playing the game again for what is probably the fourth time, and a strange bug is occurring that has never occurred before : On the Telos North Pole, after I have defeated the three HK-50s, I go to the entrance of the Telos Jedi Academy. It then cuts to a cutscene showing two handmaidens finding an unconscious Bao-Dur near the shuttle's remains. It then fades to what should be the loading screen except it isn't : All I get is a black screen with my green cursor. I wait for a few minutes but nothing happens, I move my cursor around, click, and there's no reaction. Has anyone encountered a similar problem ?
