To add to the above list, there is also the 'Making Of' the Continental, which shows the 2003 version. So in total there are three Continentals.
In this making-of version, you see how they did it, with the side-angle wide view. You can see the cameraman posing as the 'beautiful woman' as well as his assistant holding up the cue cards. There's a little picture-in-picture box that simultaneously shows you the main camera's first person viewpoint. It's cool to see how well-coordinated all three of them are.
Does anyone know if Walken ever did any Continentals besides those three? I think he has hosted five or six times in total, hasn't he?
