Extremely dull throughout with a who-gives-a-damn plot resolution

I'm just contributing my two cents worth (if that much) but due to insomnia I've been watching an awful amount of films for the past few nights.. and as dull as this was with low mumbling dialogue (except for the usual moments of excessively loud "thrill" moments which occured every five minutes) I couldn't fall asleep.

This film (like this post) is awful and has a very boring theme and a poor use of my precious time.

Defer not unto the evening, that which the morning may accomplish.

This movie sucked really really bad. I've been trying to watch it for the past 57 minutes and I just can't make it past the hour mark. It's been boring since the first scene, calling it dull would be complimenting it given how crap it really is. I just came to the part where the redneck who keeps saying 'sunshine' forces her to go off the road, could pretty much see where the rest of the movie was going to go and couldn't believe I wasted all this time thinking there could actually be a half-way original resolution behind all the crap.

Sarah Michelle Gellar was incredibly bad in this movie too, she got on my nerves in every scene. By far one of the worst movies I've seen.

2 thumbs down. 2 middle fingers up to Sarah Michelle Gellar, Asif Kapadia and Adam Sussman.

This movie was a major suckfest. I was so bored I would have rather picked fleas off of a monkey. I kept insisting to my aunt who rented the crap to just turn it off, but she thought that maybe something would happen that was semi-exciting.. In which, nothing did. Pure crap from a cow's ass.

I agree it was very dull. While watching with friends, I said could these actors get any more bored. This has to be one of the worst movies I had ever seen. It was so predictable; I just was thankful the movie was rather short.

Well put. Sounds like we are in a very similar situation. I can't get much sleep so i watch movies. This movie sucked! So boring, crap movie. I actually feel pissed off after watching that movie. Boo!

this film didn't make no sense to me at all,, i expected much more,, and instead got much less.

I'm guessing you're about the target age group for this film too.. 12-15 year olds. Given your use of a double negative and the fact you couldn't understand this really simple movie. God damn did it suck though, just awful.

Yep, major disappointment as in the beginning of the movie I was getting kind of a "Silent Hill" vibe -- the use of the supernatural to explore painful family secrets -- but by half way through or so I fast forwarded to see if anything interesting happened and didn't see anything beyond the predictable.

Wow! I can't believe other people feel the same way I do about this movie. I practically had to press my ear against the TV speaker to hear what the characters were saying.

I kept on saying, "And..." But nothing interesting ever happened. It seemed to drag on for forever like a boring lecture in high school. What a disappointment.

God, I just finished this turd and it makes me SO upset when you hear about studio interference on so many movie sets...yet this slug-like moving P.O.S. flick gets NO $h!t whatsoever & is released as is! Did the executives not give a shizzle?!?!? SOOOOO frackin' boring! The story could've worked as a 30 minute episiode on an anthology show (if any were playing right now)...not a ful length snooze fest.

I'd think this movie is a CURE for insomnia!

That would be relative, naturally my time is immeasurably precious to me - it is an irreplaceable commodity. On the other hand I did just spend a moment of it replying here - so maybe you have a point. Glad you enjoyed the Film - just saying.

IMO this movie was terrible - dull, boring, shallow, tedious, formulaic, etc.
SMG was wooden and I felt nothing for any of the two-dimensional characters. The story was predictable. Reincarnated, yawn.
Poor old Buffy has fallen a long way down....
