the tiny blonde started everything

Did anyone notice that? She was the one that first called Vanessa a slut for talking to the boy that Vanessa's friend liked. Not Vanessa's fault he liked her instead, and she was trying to talk up her friend. Sad how girls and women call each other bitches and sluts and hos over tiny things.

Tiffany was a wannabe. she wanted to be "in" the popular clique and she saw getting rid of Vanessa as her way in. Nikki gave her the opportunity and she took it

It was actually Nikki who started everything. She pretty much set Vanessa up with the whole "invite Tony to the party cause you two are so close" "talk to Tony for Stacy, tell him she likes him." etc. Nikki was just that jealous because Vanessa was more liked by everyone than she was

Tiffany was opportunist who wanted to get into the in crowd (It seems to be an unwritten rule of fiction that the Queen Bees have to be groups of 3, therefore someone needed booting out for her to get in) but she was able to take advantage of this because she had a Sociopath (Nikki) for a friend who was already in, and the lead of the groups was a spineless two faced excuse for a leader, she reminds me of how Thomas Moore described Henry VIII in the 1st Season of the Tudors "Petualnt and easy changeable".

It would've happened anyways. Whether Tiffany got into the clique or not Nikki just would've went ahead and bullied Vanessa on her own. She didn't need Tiffany to bully Vanessa. At all.

I was confused over stacy.

she was the leader.

it looked at the start she temporarily got manipulated by nikki (who seemed to be the main person behind it all), but then it didnt take very long that stacy appeared to regret it and might allow vanessa back in, but by that stage other people had joined in the bullying so it appeared that stacy just allowed it to happen as she didnt want to make herself look weak.

However there was certian parts of the story which didnt back this up, most notable towards the end when she decided of her own back to show the private internet chat to nikki and co, and before she did that a sly grin was on her face. also after vanessa had a go at her at the end she tried to take the high ground which is the first time she did that in the entire movie, before she was just been two faced.

Whooo this post is seven years old.
I thought the very same thing about Stacey. It was obvious that she wanted to just drop it but as time moved on, it was too late. She was too far in.
