I thought him and Maxine would make up but SURPRISE, he married Moushumi, that pissed me off.
I really thought he was going to go back to Maxine after learning of the affair Moushumi was having, SURPRISE, the movie ended, that really pissed me off but this was really a great, emotional, heart touching movie that brings to the point, the complications of different cultures between countries and the people that inhabit them.
I give it 8/10.

Maxine was awful in my opinion. They wouldn't have worked once he came into the realization of himself. She and her family were arrogant, snooty people.
