The best performance by Ralph Fiennes in years

I was pretty impressed by this film -which I only rented because of the appeal of its two main stars, knowing nothing about its plot or director-, definitely one of the great film surprise for me this year that now begins. I also enjoyed the virtuoso performance by both Sutherland and Fiennes, especially the latter, who shows what he's able to do when given the right material and demonstrates once more his good eye for choosing scripts.
