What levels would you like in future games? - Hitman: Blood Money (2006) Discussion

a train, a plane or the jungle. I loved those jungle missions from the first Hitman, it felt like a war or something.

or a zoo. I don´t wanna kill animals or something, it´d just be an interesting environment. I really liked what they did with Blood Money, you know making most mission take place in real places you have seen. I love the series but I prefer those real places over factories, and bunkers, and desert bases and all that.

I'd like to see a huge mansion at night mission. Where you'd have to sneak in, kill the target, and get a micro-film or something. And make it so that there were shadows you could actually hide in. For example...have a guard walk right past you, then you step out and strangle him from behind.

Also I think there could be some possiblilities with a rescuing a kidnap victim from SpecOps soldiers/Mercs on a snowy farm. Or maybe assasinate an African warlord in a Somalian city. How well do you think 47 could sneak in being a 6 foot white guy? No matter HOW good his disguise might be.

Just stick to domestic places like stately manors and public places like high-class hotels
I hated the "armed fortress" levels. I get enough of them in other low rent shoot-em-ups. Every day locations are just infinately more interesting than yet another identical videogame military base.
A mission based on a cross country train like the Orient Express would be fun

i think that a stadium with a rock concert going on and you have to assasinate a famous singer, you could dress up as a member of his entourage and spike his evian and after a song he takes a sip and drops dead on the floor.

imagine the possibillities, it could also use the crowd system like in the parade level

I think a train would be a cool location, just throw someone out of the train in to an on coming train :D

A prison... you get paid 3/4 of a million bucks to sneak in and kill some mobster or something who is getting treated well.

Three parts, like that Japanese level in Silent Assassin.

Infiltration:
You can:
-Take the place of a prisoner, by killing him and taking his name...but if you take someone important in the prison you get caught. If you catch them before they enter the prison and take their name, then no one will know.
-Take the place of a gaurd. Same thing with this: if anyone doesn't know you who knew the previous guy, you're in trouble, but if you kill a rookie or somehow trick the guys at the place into thinking your a cop, then you're in.
-Janitor..?

Mixing In:
-Mix in with the mobster.
-Mix in with the cops.
-Get your weapons.
-Get your name off the roster of people inside so you can do your task without having to go through checkin or anything.

Murder/Escape:
-Kill him in his bed, escape in the night via hte laundry truck, bribing a gaurd, something like that that no one notices your escape, and you're not on the roster anymore, so you're not a fugitive.
-Riot. Start a riot, then come to where he and his gang are hanging out, killing a gaurd or something, and kill them all.
-If you're a gaurd, when he's sleeping shoot him, or strengle him in his bed.
-Optional: make it look like he killed himself. I've wanted to do that in a hitman game forevor, but they won't let me.

Or a stadium and you have to kill a player or something.You could kill him while he was playing, or in the half time, stuff like that. Anyway I hope they'll add a stadium in future games

a torture museum and you could use diffrent weapons too kill ur target (aka. guillotine, iron maiden etc.)

or a giant movie lot thats a super huge level but you can drive around in a golf cart and run ur target down

Hows this for an idea. Now bear with me.

In the next generation games I would love to see more planning in the assination.
For Example you could have a hideout (like in Blood Money) and you would be sent lots of targets and you could pick them as you liked. So then you could see this targets timetable for the next week or so and where the person would go and how you could kill them. As an earlier poster said you could make it look like suicide or plant evidence against someone else. The way you can upgrade weapons should be improved.

This should be set in a free-roming city (not trying to copy GTA). Of course you would also have the main storyline missions which would take you on location around the world to kill people.

Just an idea though.

I don't know how you could do it, but a concert I went to gave me an idea. The lights were bright, then pitch black. Until the spotlight came on, there was ample time to snipe the singer. Creepy I was thinking of this at a concert :).

mall without question. i would love to see 47 changing clothes with a rent a cop (mall security), or even hollister or american eagle employee clothing. another level could be at an airport or strip club.

I really like concert idea, and prison idea.

But I would really like a level with setups to being hired to assassinating a president of a country or something. Since I got the feeling from the ending that 47 is going to be taking jobs from other people now.

I love the zoo idea; shoving someone over a railing into the baboon pit or polar bear habitat would be a great way to take out a target. Not only that, 47 could easily sneak into the zoo hospital and get ahold of animal tranquilizers which could be given in different doses, depending upon whether the target needs to be 'euthanized' or just sedated...

A rock concert would be cool too; it would be too easy to spike a drugged out rocker's heroin, cocaine, vodka, etc...

I'd like to see another Suburban level, although in the next game, i hope they make it so you can drive vehicles. Although i don't think they could do this, because it involves children, there could be an ice cream truck roaming around the area, in which you get inside and take out the guy, don his clothes, and start selling ice cream. Then, it just so happens your hit gets some ice cream, and you can poison it or what have you, and boom, dead.

I'd also like to see a level in an Aquarium. I haven't played the other games so i don't know if it's been done before, but imagine the possibilities. Dunk a guy in a shark tank after putting fish food in his jacket, flood the place shooting the tanks, causing chaos and then murder your hit while everyone is running around. It'd be great.

I don't wanna see drivable vehicles.

I think it'd be interesting to have another set-up similiar to the WW2 play, where you kill the guy right in front of everyone, but nobody notices til the guy isn't moving. Or maybe, you can kill guys (kinda like shooting through peekholes) and being able to kill a guy from a concealed location with a silenced weapon when he sits or lies down, and he just kinda slumps down, and if you can get the shot in just the right second (during applause or something) you wouldn't get caught.

I think it would be pretty cool to have one of those "ice worlds" in one of the next games. You know, like in that (pretty stupid) Bond movie (can't remember the title - Brosnan's last one). Imagine what cool shader effects could be implemented. And you'd have to kill some perverted milionaire who built that thing (could be a hotel for example - I know there has been an ice hotel somwhere a few years back - or is it still standing?).

I rrreally like the airport idea. Already had it on my wish-list for Blood Money. A very complex structure, lots of security and civillians - an some beautiful vistas when you look out of the windows on the field with starting and landing airplanes :)

I’d like to see more authentic locations in the future. I really disliked that Japanese fortress level in SILENT ASSASSIN. And to be honest I also disliked the jungle levels in CODENAME 47 (it was more than one, right?) or those in… where was it? Iraq? Iran? Saudi Arabia? You know, in SILENT ASASSIN. What about the Louvre? The Reichstag in Berlin? On the Eiffel Tower? (somehow I like the idea of pushing people over rails… I can’t help myself).

That stadium idea sounds very cool too! Never came to my mind but me would likey! :) But please don’t make it American Football. I want the REAL football (aka soccer in Los Estados Unidos! :)

A big police station. (like the NYPD department in MAX PAYNE 2), a crowded upper-class restaurant or a big railway station!

The top of the ESB would also be nice! Now THAT could be a challenging vista for the programmers :)

Although I liked it that many levels in BM took place in the US, I hope they don’t go too far with it. I don’t want a Hitman that only travels around the USA while there are so many more interesting places in the world.

i though of maybe like a festival. kind of like The Boat, Sport, and Travel show. where they display big shows with cars, boats, motorcycles, and ect.
or how about a hip hop concert, instead of a rock concert. or killing somebody at one of the worlds wonders: pyramids of giza for example. or at a car dealership. or at a race track..example INDY 500, and you gotta snipe the person while he is racing, or rig his car. anyway, those are just some suggestions. tell me how you like them.

Kill a bank robber who's wired with explosives during a bank robbery.
A ski slope.

I was thinking of a Seaworld-ish tourist attraction where 47 would push his target into the shark tank, making it look like an accident.

I also thought up a theatre where a magic show is being performed. 47 would disguise himself as the magician and call up the target as a volunteer. He would then place him in the sword chamber only to stab him with every sword for real.

Have you any idea how fast the cars in the Indy 500 drive. Over 235 MPH. There is no way in hell you could snipe someone of unless there was a yellow flag or something.
