Cheats not working for PC?

Before you die-hard gamers jump me, I gotta excuse myself by telling you I finished the game, no cheats used whatsoever. Then I thought, hey, why not have some fun and create mayhem etc. etc., only to discover that the cheats aren't working. Every site I went to says to edit the "hitmanbloodmoney.ini" file by adding the "EnableCheats" line to it, and then, in-game, press C to reveal a list of cheats. Well, I edited the .ini file, but it doesn't change anything in the game. I'm playing it on PC, and I bought the game brand new from the store, so I'm sure it doesn't have anything to do with that.
Any thoughts, suggestions, anything?

When editing the file, make sure you scroll down to the very bottom of the ini file, press enter (so you're on a new line) then type it and save. Make sure you type if work for word, bearing in mind it's case sensitive. Also make sure it's save as a .ini file.
