how come?

Watching Harsh Times rewarded me with a rare feeling of perfection. I've read many reviews and posts before and after seeing HT, I've read about how this or that should be changed to improve the movie - I say, I wouldn't have changed anything. Any possible drawbacks here are in fact advantages. That I'm still sure of and of late, I've seen just one other movie that gave me that sweet feeling again. It's the 3 Burials of Melquiades Estrada directed and starred in by Tommy Lee Jones. Now I just wonder about two movies focusing near the U.S.-Mexican border, both tackling the most painful problems of today - and both being so good it almost hurts. There are more similarities, but are they similarities?
BTW, No Country for Old Men was nothing of the kind... Maybe it was just one too many for my bliss ;)
