You know who I'm talking about

in this film he plays a pivotal role

I swear the guy might even wear the same clothes in each film too...most famous for the "card game" scene in Training Day.

Yeah. This time he actually had hair though. Every other movie I've seen him in, he was bald.

I guess he's part of a group of Mexican gang-banger actors. Read an article about them a long time ago.
