I would say that this show rates up with This is Spinal Tap as a mockumentary. It's absolutely over the top and crazy... with Patrick Stewart narrating no-doubt. Genius!

But what I find especially astounding about this show is the way some people seem to think it's evil for being presented as fact. Give me a break! If you choose to believe that dragons exist based on this, then good for you. That's absolutely awesome. I wish I lived in a world with dragons, too... but I think you'd be pretty dumb to believe it because it was on TV.

I say that it's good to keep the dumb people believing in dragons. That way, when they're at work wrapping burgers, their manager can threaten to throw them in the dragon pit if they aren't working hard enough. And as for children: Children SHOULD believe in dragons. Dragons rock.

LOL.

I just watched it for entertainment, really. I was fully aware that it wasn't serious, and my final thought about it was: wow! Great animation, bad acting, but it would be cool if they could scientifically create a dragon today.

I just skipped the parts with that wierd scientist guy and watched all the sections that focused on the dragons. That made the viewing experience much better, especially for a fantasy buff like myself.

When I entered Grad School, the Faculty spent a good deal of time with us showing us that just because it sounds reasonable, it is not neccessarily true. With that in mind, I think I will show this DVD to my High School Chemistry Class.

Some will understand and some will be totally confused! Oh well I retire at the end of the year

my sister and i did that yesterday!!! we fast fowarded through the normal/sciency bits to get to the bits about the dragon- the ending was hilariously awful!!

I think they did a good job, if just they didn't got lazy at the end a lot of people could get fooled with this one. (like: wooow.. wait a minute.. waren't dragons fake? well I guess not then..) I wonder if how many people already think dragons are real by watching this. would love to laugh at them
