Apart from undeniably obvious contact lenses worn by all vamps on set... Just so we know they are Vamps and not humans... (not that you see many humans)

.... In all of vampire history...on a planet covered in Vamps... A random blood-intake neglecting (lack of self discipline) vamp looses control of his car, shoots through windshield, makes contact with ouchy daylight, but just enough (being airborne has limits), before tumbling into some water. The water stops the ouchy. The vamp has an heartbeat = turns human.
