I know its the same actor, but is Prosecutor Kang meant to be related to Detective Kang from the first film?
shareYes, he is the same character, but now he is a Prosecutor. He's older now, less reckless, and a little smarter. The movie never explain how he went from detective to a prosecutor though

Are you sure? The characters seem too different to me.
shareAnother Public Enemy is totally different to the first. Although Sol Kyung-gu plays Kang Chul-jung, the only similarity is the name. The character is completely different, from a parallel-world if you like, dealing with literally another public enemy.
