Charlie is that elf from Santa Claus!

Don't forget that "Don" (Rob Morrow) is the doctor from "Northern Exposure," and that "Alan" is that guy from "Taxi."

But what surprises me is that no one seems to have realized that both Peter MacNicol and David Krumholtz were in "Addams Family Values" together. I love them both in that movie!
