Finn's two personas

I love Finn in the film, I think he is just great. One thing I can't quite get a grip on is that it seems that Finn has 2 different personas from earlier in the film when we meet him and later in the film towards the end. At the Crash Palace where we meet him (is that Finn's boxing venue?) he is loud and quite the showman as he is taking bets and then whooping up the crowd for the Noisy Boy fight. Then later when he is at the Zeus fight taking bets out in the parking lot (yes the WRB is definitely not his turf) he is much cooler and has a more quiet intensity about him as for example when Ricky calls him "homeBOY!!" The earlier Finn would have kicked his ass right then and there but the later Finn is more of a smooth business man type. I'm not knocking him, he is totally cool both ways, but I'm just trying to figure out if it is because at Crash Palace he was home so he let it all hang out but around the WRB arenas he was smart enough to keep a more cool and low key profile. Anybody know?

Stop smoking weed.

You're picking up on things that are weird and pointless as a basis of discussion.

I agree with the OP.

I agree with the OP, although I would question more characters than just Finn. They all seem to make decisions completely out of character. For instance, Charlie is pathetic and naive when controlling Noisy Boy, yet once they get Atom he's cool and collected at the sidelines. The female love interest is a complete pushover of a human too.
