One of the best movies this year!

I can't believe this move is rated as low as it is. In my opinion, "Mørke" is one of the best movies this year - if not the best. The movie is in a quite slow pace, where you're constantly in doubt if the main caracter is on the right track or not. This is because of the way the scenes are made. Many of them have a twist in the end where you get the feeling that something just doesn't fit. Not a single time during the movie did I feel bored. All the darkness and missing details left me wanting to know more. A remarkable danish movie!!!

Agreed. This movie has got it all.

Nikolaj Lie Kaas and Nicolas Bro are both really really good and the plot by Jensen is first rate.

this movie sucked ballz. it kept alluding to the idea that anker was a psycho and guess what, in the end he was. too straight forwad for me. the building of suspense was handled reasonably well, but it all came apart at the end for me.

I think it was alright but sometimes it seemed too unrealistic. He's a journalist..makes no sense that hes not sharing this with anyone..he must have other contacts to the police, hes editor must be interested in the story, he must have some friends?? He's got some svidence against Anker, and yet he doesnt show anyone. Who would act like this?

In the end: I would't trust a man that has poisened people with drugs before and killed my sister, enough to drink something he has mixed together. And if he was too weak to walk, how could he stab Anker with a knife and swim seconds later? How could anyone else know that anker was derad? There was no widtnesses besides from the women i presume was a hallucination.

I enjoyed this movie a lot, but I have to agree with the above message. I would have given this movie a solid 6 but the stupidity of the main character ruined this a little, so it will have to do with an ok 5.

With all the evidence at hand, people would have taken it seriously.
