Sebastian Bach and Bobby Brown

I just love Sebastian Bach to death but it just seems like he and Bobby Brown have become VH1 reality show whores.

Bless Their Heart! In the South, saying that makes talking about someone OK.

Seriously, dude - since when is 6'3" and 223 pounds fat? My brother used to be exactly that weight at the same height and he had just a bit of a spare tire. That was it. But let's face it, Nicole Eggert is 5'2" 130lbs, which also isn't really "fat" - it's just fat for her because we remember her Baywatch and Charles in Charge days, plus it's TV - I'm about 10 pounds overweight at the moment and I'd probably look enormo on television. It's true about the camera adding weight.

Oh, and Bobby Brown isn't all that fat, either. They said 199 lbs, right? And he's 6'0"? Yeah, really not so bad, he just has somewhat of a gut. But, I guess there's a different measuring stick when you're in the public eye.

I think alot of it has to do with BMI too.

Sebastian used to be rail thin, but he was a lot younger then too. I agree he doesn't seem that big.

I was surprised at how low Jay's body fat percentage was.

reply

TV Does not add 10 pounds anymore in this day and age of technology! I've seen plenty of people from TV and they all look the same size in person!

reply

Its got more to do with body fat and all of them are well above average there, including Bach.

reply

6'3 223 is fat when your out of shape and 20+ percent bodyfat. I am slightly taller than Bach and roughly the same weight, with a pound or two, and he looks a lot heavier than me.

I know about Bobby brown. He's been on Vh1 a lot.
I dont know about Sebastian? did he do those short vh1 shows? ex: I love the (era), Top 100, etc;

What other reality shows has he been on? This is the first one I've seen him in.

They had specials on him, documentaries, etc; He's also been on those Vh1 celebreality shows.

reply

He was on Supergroup and Gone Country. I don't think Gone Country was on VH1, though.

Bobby isn't fat either. He just has a gut, still skinny. I found it funny that the doc was mentioning Bobby's young "physique"........um, Bobby Brown, although I was a huge fan back then, was skinny as hell! Had the ugliest legs and knees around! He didn't have a great body! Furthermore, does the doc think it's realistic for someone to have the same body they had at 19 when they are now 40?

Sebastian is usually on those Metal themed shows, The 100 Greatest types shows and I believe he's done a couple of I Love... shows.

reply

OK. His face was familiar, but I wasnt too sure if I saw him or vh1 or another station.

reply

both sebastian bach and bobby brown were on CMTs "Gone Country", possibly even the same season. And sebastian actually won if i remember correctly.

reply

Then Bobby was in that horrendous short lived
The "Outsiders In" show with Carnie Wilson and Maureen McCormick. Also on CMT I Think.

All Bobby needs to do is stop drinking all that beer and the weight will probably drop off like nothing. But I guess it's hard when you come off of drugs because they always pick up another unhealthy habit, so I understand. Sebastian Bach is hilarious. I love him. And I agree, he doesn't look all that bad. I think it's the same with a lot of people as they get older. Even though they're not much heavier than they were when they were younger, your age catches up with you and you're not happy with the changes.
