Something with Nicole is not right...

I am her height, at least according to this show, and I weigh about 10 lbs less than her. I don't think she is FAT, but if she is my height, like they claim, she should weigh more than they say she weighs because I am NOT as thick as she is. chunky, what ever you call it. It just, doesn't add up to me. Or, I could be wrong and 10 lbs really does make the difference in a small frame. This is just from MY perspective. If I am wrong, please, do explain. And if I am wrong, I will HAPPILY agree. I am just here to find this answer. I will say that I have never been her weight, so, I don't know what you look like in person, at my height and that weight. I am just seeing that, just 10 lbs less than her at HER height, I look significantly smaller.

Maybe you are in better shape and don't need toning as much as she does. That plus 10 pounds could make more of a difference than you might think.

Yeah, I think it's about how you carry the weight. OP, you are apparently more "SOLID", meaning, your weight is more condensed, making you look thinner. You obviously have muscle mass. I always use this theory, imagine how much cotton it would take to get 130 lbs of cotton balls. Then right beside it, imagine how many bricks it would take to make 130 lbs of bricks. Same weight, but the bricks are more condensed. Same theory applies to body fat/muscle mass.

Oooh! I do Walk Away the Pounds too sometimes. I do the one or two mile on days when I don't really feel like working out that much. If you do the whole thing carrying weights it really works even better.

It could be because television adds 10 pounds.
