Salvation Lies Within

I have an interpretation of that phrase - I don't know if it's a common one or not.

Does it mean that "[There are] salvation lies within"? I mean, is it saying that there are lies about salvation on the DVD? That would seem to fit.

reply

Ok, I'm interested but I don't get it. What lies are there about salvation on the DVD and how would they fit?

Click the flower girl to 'stop and smell the roses' (then click her again later -- you'll know when) and find salvation.

So, wait, is that why I didn't see anything happen, really, except that, at the third time through, it stopped at the lady with the roses? Should I click on her the first time? I wish I could see what happened without watching that again. I mean, it's OK and all, but certainly not something I'd choose to watch over and over again for no reason, KWIM????

Click on her? Isn't this just a QuickTime movie? I downloaded the QT movie and just watched it in a regular media player. So wouldn't clicking on her just pause the movie? Unless the Flash player that plays the QuickTime movie (on the actual amazon.com page) has some hugely different functionality.

This a reference that salvation EXISTS within - not in external circumstances. Thus, when he stops to smell the roses & takes off his watch, he starts to control his own life from within instead of allowing himself to be controled by outside forces.
