What the hell is with the camera man?

I bought this film as it seemed like it could be quite a good black comedy (and it was only a quid), and maybe it is, but after five minutes of watching some pisshead running around with what can only be a camera attached to his foot, I really started to feel sick, really man what the hell is with the cameraman, he's all over the place, now I know that this kind of technique can add a certain gritty, docu style authenticity to a movie, but this is just silly, its set in an office not on a rollercoaster, it just doesnt stop moving.
Apart from all this the movie was actually pretty cack, and besides giving me a headache and an apointment at the optitions, the cast seem desperately lost.
Was it worth a pound? well probably not, but i sold it on e-bay for a fiver so I guess I can put that towards the corrective surgery my eyes now need.
