And still, more nazis.

Oh man. Considering what Stalin did to his officers who defended Leningrad, I'm not sure there is a clear cut bad guy in this movie.

But, I'm sure the presence of nazis will present us with a hint.

Let me guess ...nazis? Do I have that right? They're the bad guys?

So, I've browsed through the www.eonehomevideo.com catalog that came with my national geographic DVD, and of the four or five action films, three of them have nazis as the bad guys.

Okay, nazis were bad, but damn, can't I see a movie where we take on the Taliban or something?

Holy crap. If a 747's engines flame out, was it because a nazi tossed volcanic ash into the intakes?

If a tree falls in the woods, was it because a nazi cut it down?

If a nuclear power plant has a melt down, was it because a nazi was at the coolant controls?

Grow up for god's sake. Get a life already.

That's funny I was thinking ... while reading your comments ... that you need to get a life. You do realize that you are not forced to watch this film right???

The film is about an historical event, WW2's Siege of Leningrad, during which the Russian and German armies fought. Yet you want to see your side (I can only imagine who that is) take on the Taliban??? You said it best about yourself in saying ...
