A Travesty of a Movie

I saw this thing a few years ago and at the time thought it was terrible. Then we actually visited Saint Peterburg (ex-Leningrad) on a cruise in May 2014, and even more was impressed by what a low budget, pointless piece if trash it was. Avoid at all costs.
