Courage.....

.....is what it takes to actually make a film about real relationships. And by "real" I do not mean fist pumping clubbies who are trying to meet their significant other at a bar.
The film did a good job of making you want it to work out for them, but also understanding why it sometimes doesn't.
I am a married man of 13 years, and it takes hard, hard work. It's a journey, but not a ride.
The closer you are to treating your spouse the way you did when you courted each other, the better off you will be. You also have to accept that even after marriage you are finding things out about each other that might be difficult to accept or deal with. That's why I suggest a thorough interview during the courtship...haha, helped my wife and I.
I especially enjoyed Stuarts conversation with Nicole's mother...a little too civil and measured for what should have been a little more heated, but that's okay.
I attempt to write now and then, and when I do it is always something about real people. It's hard though, and that is why I have profound respect for this film.
Well done!!! Very real!!! Bravo!!!
