Crowbar
When you save Brian from the cell and head toward that grate that leads to the sewers, I dont know where to get the crowbar to lift the lid. Could anyone help?

It's lying on a brick ledge outside the jail. You take it before you talk to Brian from outside his cell, near the beginning of the jailbreak sequence.
