Tom's Secret Torment

Several times throughout the movie Tom seems to be saying "unbury me". Is he really say this (if so, why) or is he saying "un-Barry me". The reason I think this is the fact that he always says it in a sleep-like state. Is this his inner mind crying out to be free from the bonds of a conjoined twin or I completely making this up?

On the walls in the last few scenes it is written "un-bury me" if that makes a difference.

Perhaps it's written like that so as not to make Barry feel bad... considering they're conjoined, I think he would notice - Barry may also have written it in order to put down Tom's "Un-Barry me"

If you read the novel, you'll see more what I mean.

There is also a scene in the recording room when they are listening to Doola and Dawla and it focuses on Barry's face when Tom says "Un-Barry/bury" me in the song, and Barry looks rather upset or troubled to me... it's all a matter of opinion though... this is just mine.... that's why the movie's so wonderful

The movie is wonderful, but in that scene, with, "Doola and Dawla", it focuses on Tom's face when Barry sings, "Un-bury me".

Just clearing that up.
