The third couple who came to see the house. So do you guys think they were just there for fun and not serious potential buyers?

They were potential buyers. Before they left, they said that it's not often that something like that happens without being planned first.

It's highly probable they were there to buy the house.

Otherwise, how could they know such a couple was living there ? It was mere luck in my opinion.
