I e-mailed Robert French about the DVD release date and he replied with...
"The quickest way to get the DVD will be through us. We are still working on lining up distributors for it, but quite often independent films get buried. We will let you know when the commercial DVD with all the bonus features is ready -- most likely March.

shareThe distributors, unfortunately, but not surprisingly, are unaware of The Unicorns. Every effort is being made by the filmmakers to make the film available, but it is not easy. I emailed them a while ago wondering about it, and they told me something like
"as any Canadian production, we don't have a distributor yet" or something along those lines. Can't remember exactly >,<
