Will this slowly be realeased into the festivel circut then take like 4 years to actually make it to dvd?

No -- actually, this film is in theatrical release currently -- just finished Vancouver and moving on to Montreal and Toronto. The DVD is due shortly -- by December, 2006.

Looks like more than 4 years

I've been waiting a long time now, they have to hurry if they want this out before those 4 four years have passed
