Was this film remade in Tamil??

I'd like to know if this film was remade in Tamil or not?
Or is it in the plans for a remake?
I don't watch Telugu movies normally, coz I've deemed them crap anyways (no offense), but when I somehow saw this film I kinda changed my view on Telugu films..
