Just brilliant!

I just saw Ryan for the first time. I am absolutly spellbound. Some how, Chris Larkin has aquired the skill to show through his imagination and animation, truths that we as people over look and ignore as the mundane. Chris both honored and dismantled his hero. He showed the beauty in Ryan, but also the destructive and withered man he has become. I hope that Chris forgives himself for this. He shouldn't have to, but something tells me, that one gets little sleep after turning the mirror on the ones we love. Chris should be praised for this harrowing piece and I hope that all of you go on to see many of his other beautiful animated pieces.
