They did finally release a soundtrack. It is an excellent limited edition printing and may be hard to find now but here is a link to the information on it.

Yes, there was a CD available but unfortunately it is "out of print" and the used copies are prohibitively expensive.
At one point Jeff Beal had a download but that is now gone too.
