Question about the ending. SPOILERS!

So, Jesse shot the woman and hit her husband. But, I was wondering if they actually went to jail. Besides, they never explained if the woman finally died. Or if her husband was charged. What am I missing here?

The woman was killed by Jesse's gunshots to her chest.
The man was OK, and would have been tried for multiple counts of murder in Massachusetts and Florida, I have no idea if Florida has capital punishment, but Massachusetts doesn't.

I'm pretty sure "Andy" went to jail. He was an accomplice in the murders after all. As to "Brianna," with Jesse's first shot to her heart, I'm pretty sure she died. It certainly looked like she expired. In a way that bothered me too. "Andy" was not nearly as upset as he should have been. Then again, the couple were presented as somewhat psychotic. "Brianna" needed to kill people to become sexually aroused and "Andy" chose the victims.
