who played emma?

My name is Joan, I helped in the casting for the film Joseph Smith, Prophet of the Restoration.

You asked if anyone knew who Emma was. Yes I do!

Her name is Katheryn Nelson Thompson. She is a singer, which is how she was found.

I did casting on a video for Liken The Scriptures called "A Mighty Change Of Heart" where she played Abish, her first acting role. The part required more singing that it did acting and Katheryn was wonderful. When we were looking for an Emma on Joseph, I thought she looked just like what we were looking for so she was presented to the director. As you can see, she was perfect.
