shareHe wasn't on the phone when he was hit by the car. They show him up to the point he gets hit and he is not talking or texting on his phone, both hands are on the steering wheel. Granted, he was on his phone while driving before he was hit, but at the actual time of impact he was not.
And for a few other people, really? Just American's talk or text on their phone's while driving? *rolls eyes*
If it was a Friday and he slept late, maybe the accident could have been avoided.
