Come on Shutterboss. It's no secret you were the cinematographer on this film; have some self respect and just come out and say it rather than coming up with some cracked story about "being in the valley to visit a friend of a friend and you guys were invited to watch some really cool daylies and gosh, this looks great". I don't think users of this board have any problems with filmmakers answering questions in these forums and using threads they're commenting in to put in a good word for their work, but don't pull this crap.
It sounds like there are good stories to be told about the making of this film, and in my opinion anyway, you could do your film a better service by sharing those, rather than posturing to drum up interest...there's already interest in this title -- act on that honestly and I think you'll have a captive audience.
