Last weeks summaries

My friend writes really good summaries of this every week and I think you guys should have some.

EPISODE 109 - MONDAY AUGUST 22ND
The judge tells them that the trial will start tomorrow.

ARUBA - JAIL…..
The judge tells them that whoever is found guilty will get the maximum sentence of the death penalty. Both Daniela and Esteban are surprised to hear this.

SAN ROMAN OFFICES….
Hector, Estrella, and Angel are worried about Esteban. Estrella tells that she is calm about everythign beause her dad is not alone and that Deme and Leonel are wtih him and above all Maria is with Esteban. Hector and Angel both say that Maria is a great woman. Leonel calls them to inform them that tomorrow will be Esteban’s trial.

ESTEBAN’S CELL….
Maria is with Esteban
Maria: Tomorrow will be the day (Crying she takes Esteban’s hands)
Esteban: Now I understand the suffering that I caused you when I abandoned you in that prision. How ironic isn’t it? The only difference is that I abandoned you and you are here with me.
Maria: 20 years ago I may have done the same thing to protet our children, only I would have come to see you so that you would not have been so lonely and to let you know how much I missed you
Estebn: Maybe you will never forgive me for what I did, but in that moment I thought I was doing the best thing for our children. Forgive me Maria… for the 20 years that I did not give you love and affection. (Esteban kisses Maria’s hands)
Alba comes in and wants to see Esteban
Alba: Esteban! I came to see if you hended anything
Maria: Don’t worry Alba. I’m here… and I am HIS WIFE!
Alba: I took care of Esteban for 20 years and I don’t care what you have to say Maria. Even if you are his wife you are not going to seperate me from his side.
Esteban and Maria both look at Alba very annoyed

XOCHIMILCO FLOWER STAND….
Greco comforts Estrella and Carlos comes by to tell them that he wants to talk to them. Estrella and Greco get upset with him and tell him to leave, but Carlos tells them he is sorry for what he has done to them. He confesses to Estrella that when she thought they had had sex nothing happened. Estrella gets upset and wants to know why he did that and has lied to them. Carlos offers Greco an apology but Estrella says that she doesn’t know if she can ever forgive him. Carlos leaves very sorry for his actions

HECTOR’S OFFICE….
Alma tells Hector that a setter arrived for him and she gives it to him. Hector reads the setter and it’s from Vivian telling him that she is leaving Mexico that day. She is leaving loving him and she is taking the best part of him his child. (Hector leaves the office in a hurry)

In the hallway of the prision Alba grabs Maria’s arm and tells her not to dare sep her Hawai from Esteban
Maria: Don’t you realize that you don’t belong here and that you are the third wheel. I have every right to be with him because I AM HIS WIFE!!! (screaming at Alba)
Alba: I am capable of doing anything to get Esteban back!!
Maria: Are you crazy? How do you think you are going to get something back that was never yours! Esteban is your nephew and don’t forget that!!
Alba: Shut Up Maria!!! You will never be able to beat me!
Maria: 20 Years in Prison made me a strong woman, strong then what you think
Alba: You will never be as strong as me, for that you would need to be born again!
Maria: I feel for sorry for you, you don’t deserve what you have! You don’t deserve to be Angel’s mother!!! I will do everything I have to get back what is rightfully mine! We will fight Lion against Lion!
Alba and Maria stare at eachother

MEXICO CITY AIRPORT…..
Hector manages to catch up with Vivian at the airport
Hector: Vivian! Please don’t leave, I can’t loose you both my love! Please stay with me!
Vivian: No! I don’t want to be at your side, because I will always remember hwo you hurt me
Hector: I know that I have hurt you and I don’t deserve you, but please my regret is sincere and if you leave I will die. I promise you will both be the most important things in my life.
Vivian: I’m sorry but we have nothing else to talk about
Hector: Fine, I won’t push anymore. I only want you to be happy. Hector walks Hawai and Vivian starts to walk away but then goes back to Hector and tells him that she can’t leave him because she loves. They both cry and hug
Hector promises to start a new life without anymore lies

OUTSIDE PULPO’S HOUSE…
Pulpo goes outside and Cadenas comes and tells him that his time has come. Just then Carlos comes by and he hits Cadenas. Cadenas tries to kill Pulpo but Carlos cobres Pulpo and Carlos gets stabbed in the back. Cadenas leaves crying. Carlos falls in Pulpo’s arms just then Estrella and Padre come by and she calls an ambulante. Carlos is really hurt and Pulpo tells him to hang on.

JAIL IN ARUBA….
Alba goes to see Esteban worried tell him that they were so happy before Maria came back and that he should have never married her again.
Esteban: Tia Please! This is the worst time to start this.
Alba: I need to get out this anger that I have against that woman for taking over my place
Esteban: Maria has not taken over your place. You are my aunt and Maria is my wife, the woman I love. Maira has a special place in my life
Alba: and what plave do I hola in your live (crying in desperation)
Esteban: The same one as Tia Carmela
Alba: Don’t compare with her!! She doesn’t love you like I do! The anxiety of seeing you behind bars and the possibility of loosing you make my feelings hit my chest, I need you Esteban!!
Esteban really freaked out: Why are you talking to me that way Tia?!?!Alba: Because I can’t deny what you heard in the hospita!!
Esteban:NO! NO! NO!Please be quite! I don’t want to hear anything you have to say!
Alba: Esteban!! I LOVE YOU! I love you as a woman, with intensity and with passion!
(She extends her arms towards him and he back away from her towards the back of the cell) I Love you Esteban!!
NO! NO! NO! It be true what you are telling me
Alba:I have loved you all of my life that is why I have hated all of the women that have come near you, beause they have taken what has belonged to me! But the one I have hated the most is Maria! Because she was your woman in every sense of the word!!! (Alba Continues crying)
Esteban: Stop I don’t want to hear you anymore!!!
Alba on her knees: No Esteban!! Please don’t push me away!
Alba gets up and leaves Esteban turns around no doubt extremely grossed out (Don’t worry Esteban we all feel dirty for you!)

Outside Pulpo’s house, Carlos is dying and tears rolling and he asks Pulpo to forgive him for being a bad son. He asks Padre to pray for him for God’s forgiveness and he also asks Estrella to not hate him
Pulpo crying tells Carlos that he forgives him because he is his reason for living. Estrella also forgives him and Carlos dies in Pulpo’s arms.

In Esteban’s cell Maria and Esteban tells her that Alba confessed that she loves him like a woman. Maria tells him that she suspected it but that it was really hard to believe it.

HOTEL – ARUBA…..
Alba cries and says that if she can’t live without Esteban but that she can’t have him no one else will.

CARLOS’ WAKE….
Pulpo cries uncontroalably over Carlos’ coffin. Socorro and Davinci offer him their support telling that he has to be strong because the kids need him now more then ever. Venturina and the kids come to be with him. Tia Carmela also comes to offer her support to Pulpo who is crying over the coffin. Lupita, Padre, Greco, Estrella along with all of the Xochimilo neighbors are there to help Pulpo

Agents come to Cadenas House and arrest him and Vicky

JAIL IN ARUBA…..
In the morning, Bruno and Fabi arrive in Araba to go to Esteban and Daniela’s trial.

SAN ROMAN HOUSE….
Carmela is drinking and says that all of the suspects that went on that trip are there in Aruba except for her and she continues drinking.

The trial is about to start when Alba comes in Maria goes to talk to her.
Maria: Alba Leave! You have nothing to do her!! You really upset Esteban after what you told him and I don’t want to see him upset any more!! (What Maria really wanted to say was that she completely grossed out Esteban and she made him feel like he had just spent the night at Neverland Ranch)
Alba: I am not leaving!
Maria: If Esteban is really that important to you, then leave (Alba leaves)

Outside the courtroom Leonel talks to Bruno and asks for an explanation. Bruno tells Leonel that his parents’ marriage was a frase and that he loved Patricia and when he found out that she was having his baby he was the happiest man in the world. Fabi overhears this and crying she asks him if it’s true that that the baby Patricia was having was his. Bruno answers her Yes.

During the trial Deme interogates the bellboy and makes him stand infront of Daniela and Fabi and he asks her if he can identify who killed Patricia. The bellboy says it was Daniela and he remembres her from the ponytail. Deme assures the judge that Daniela is the real killer and asks for the deathpenalty for her. (Everyone is surprised and Daniela screams that she is innocent)

In Daniela’s cell, she cries in desperation telling AR that she is innocent and she doesn’t understand hwo the bellboy could have seen her come out of Patricia’s room. AR tells her it was because of the pony tail. Danieal tells her that in that time she did not wear her hair like that. Danieal remembres when she started to wear the faux hair and AR tells her that she will tell her lawyer and that is something in her favor. Daniela calms down.

ALMA AND ANGEL’S HOUSE….
Angel is looking pale and tired. Alma tells him that if he doesn’t feel well not to go into the office. Angel telsl her he feels fine he is just worried about his father’s trial. Angel takes a few steps and passes out. Alma tries to get him up.

At the trial Deme interogates Esteban
Deme: Mr San Roman, can you please tell us where you were when the morder took place?
Esteban: I was in my room waiting for my wife who had stayed behind at the resturant of the hotel.
Deme: I have no more questions
Alba comes in screaming
Alba: That’s enough with all of these lies! I am here to tell the truth! The only truth! You killed Patricia Esteban!! You are the real killer!!
Everyone is shocked and Esteban can only look at Alba


EPISODE 110 - TUESDAY AUGUST 23RD
Alba accuses Esteban of being Patricia’s killer

TRAIL IN ARUBA…..
Alba: Stop with all of the lies, you are the real killer Esteban!
The judge asks Alba if she is sure of what she is saying, because her accusation is very serious. Aba tells her she is absolutely sure, the judge then says that she has to testify. Alba says that she will and that she will tell the truth

PULPO’S HOUSE…..
Pulpo cries in front of Carlos’ picture, and try to cheer him up. Venturina tells him that they are now his family and that they need to all stay together. They all cry and hug.

TRAIL IN ARUBA….
Alba testifies
Lawyer: What do you base your accusation that Esteban San Roman killed Patriia Ianez?
Alba: Esteban’s own testimony. He confessed it to me (crying)
Esteban: That’s a lie! You are making that up
Alba: Please Esteban! Please don’t ask me to keep quite any longer
Lawyer: Why did you sep quite in the previous trail?
Alba: Because of the mother’s love I have for him. He asked me to keep quite and that is why I did. (Maria, Esteban and Leonel are all pissed at hearing Alba’s lies) I’m sorry Esteban but I can’t sep hiding this secret.
Esteban screaming: Stop with your lies and tell the truth!!!
Alba: I beg you Esteban accept your crime!
Esteban: How can you say that?
Esteban is furious and tries to go after Alba, but the gaurds hold him back and the judge puts order in the courtroom and tells the lawyer to continue with Alba san Roman’s testimony.
Lawyer: So you are saying that Esteban San Roman fored you to lie in the last trail?
Alba: Yes he made me lie and that is why Maria spent 20years in jail for a crime she did not commit. But now I am not going to allow for another injustice to be commited with Daniela. He, He killed Patricia. (Esteban is furious, Maria is crying and Leonel upset)

SAN ROMAN HOUSE….
Hector talks on the phone with Leonel who tells themt hat they need to come to Araba right away because things are not going well for Esteban. Estrella and Vivian want to know what is wrong and Hector tells them that he is not sure but that they need to go Araba beause Leonel told him taht Alba testified against Esteban. (they can’t seem to believe it)

ARUBA…….
Maria goes to chew Alba up
Maria: You are despicable, how dare you lie that way?!?!
Alba: Esteban is going to pay for what he did to me- rejecting me!
Maria: there is no end to your preversation, your own blood!
Alba: I beat you both! I am going to separate you and Esteban. I have to reognize that you have been a tough opponent, but I am stronger then you and I beat you
Maria: NO! this war is not over and I promise you that justice is going to win
Alba: It makes me laugh how navie you are. You still don’t realize what I am capable of. I sent Leonel the pages from Patricia’s diary. IT WAS ME!!
Maria: Only your evil was not able to hurt him like you wanted. Leonel believed in my innoence! Now I think you could have killed Patricia!
Alba: You’re right I could have, and I am capable of that and much more. Esteban will pay for a crime he did not commit thanks to me, and after Esteban your children will follow!!
Maria smacks the hell out of Alba and grabs her by the arms
Maria: Screaming and Furious: Don’t you dare touch my children! I swear that if you touch them, then I will become a real killer (Maria lets her go and leaves)

SAN ROMAN HOUSE….
Hector, Estrella, Vivian, and Carmela are getting ready to leave for Araba when the phone rings and Carmela answers and it’s Alma telling them Angel is sick and everyone gets upset. Carmela decides that she will stay and see about Angel and tells the rest to go

ESTEBAN’S CELL….
Maria is with Esteban and tells him to try to stay calm that Deme will try to get rid of Alba’s testimony. Esteban is very upset and tells her that he can’t believe that his own aunt would try to ruin him that way. Maria tells him that it was Alba who sent the pages of Patriia’s diary to Leonel. Esteban can’t believe that his aunt would be capable of such evil.

COURTHOUSE IN ARUBA (HALLWAY)…
AR tells Maria that she relieves that Esteban and Daniela are both innocent and that someone else has to be the killer and that her aunt told her everything about Patricia’s morder. Maria asks her if she has any proof of what she is saying, and that justie will have to decide (Maria tries to leave but AR holds her back)
AR: Maria there is something else that I want to speak to you about. I want to offer you and apology for everything I have done
Maria: You are apologizing to me?
AR: I want to apologize for all fo the lies that I told to seperate you and Esteban. I was never having his baby just like he never was me alter you were married and he has always respected you
Maria: I don’t’ know what to say AR, I never thought you would try to explain things
AR crying: I have changed since I got out of the clinic and I want to make up for all of the mistakes I have made and I want to leave the past behind and the best way to do that is to tell the truth.
Maria: I appreicate you telling me this (she sheds a tear)
AR: I just have one question….Why were you so dead set on being with Esteban when his children hated you so much? Do you really love him that much?
Maria:Yes Yes I LOVE HIM! But there is still a more powerful reason why I wanted to be with Esteban. You have been honest with me and I will do the same with you. I married him to get my children back, Hector and Estrella are my children (Crying)
AR: What?? (surprised)
Maria: Yes! They are my children but they don’t know I am their mother and that I have been the only wife of Esteban San Roman
AR: So who was the woman in the protrait?
Maria:She was someone that Esteban made up and she has never exsisted and she has ocupied my place for a lot of years
AR: Now I understand a lot of things
(AR cries at understanding Maria’s motives and Maria cries as well)
TRAIL….
Daniela’s atrtorney interogates the bellboy, and shows the ourt Daniela’s passport 20 years ago where she appears with short hair and asks the bell by if that was the woman that came out of the room. The bellboy then doubts that it is Daniela . Even though Deme tries to tell the court that Daniela could have used fake hair the judge throws out the bellboy’s testimony because of his doubts. Daniela and AR are both happy with the news

In the hallway, Vivian, Hector and Estrella come in and find Maria. They hug and kiss her and ask how things are going. Maria tells them that they are deliberating and that things are not going well becuse Alba testified against Esteban saying that he was killer. Hector and Estrella are both very upset and want to know why Alba did that and want to know where she is. Maria tells them she has no idea and that all they are waiting for is the judge’s decisión.

HOSPITAL….
Carmela and Alma are waiting for the test results for the tests they ran on Angel. The doctor tells them that the lukeimia has come back. Alma and Carmela both cry and Carmela then says that she has to talk to Alba as soon as posible so that she can save Angel

COURTROOM….
The judge is ready to give his decisión for Esteban and Daniela. He asks Daniela to please stand and tells her that they have found her innocent. (Daniela and AR both get happy and the San Romans get worried)
Then the judge tells Esteban to please stand (Maria and Estrella hold hands as the verdict is read)
Judge: Taking into account the letter of Mr Servando Maldonado and the testimoney fo Miss Alba San Roman, this court finds Esteban San Roman GUILTY! (everyone is surprised) and the maximum sentence is imponed that of the death penalty.
(Alba hears the verdict fromt eh door, Maria is crying and screams NO! Hector and Estrella are both in shock, Fabi and AR are both cryign and Esteban is destraught)
Maria tries to get to Esteban but the gaurds sep her from him and everyone starts to protest, the judge puts order back it the courtroom. He tells Deme that if they don’t show his client’s innocence in an appeal he will be executed. The gaurds take Esteban from the courtroom, but Estrella and Hector are able to get to him and hug him telling him that they are going to fight for his innocence. Leonel also offers his support. Maria is able to get close and swears that she will prove his innocence. Maria, Estrella and Hector all hug crying.

Maria, Leonel and Deme talk about the verdict and Deme tells them that Alba’s testimony had a lot to do with striking out the bellboy’s testimony. Maira tells that he has to call the bellboy again even if was not able to identify Daniela since he knows it was a woman that left the room which means that Esteban could not have been the killer.

In Esteban’s cell Estrella and Hector are very sad and ask Esteban why Alba testified against him and that they can’t understand it. Esteban tells them that he would prefer to not talk about that and tells them that they will come out of this and that they have to stay united as a family. Esteban asks about Angel and Estrella tells him that Angel was nto feeling well and that Alma and Carmela took him to the hospital (Esteban gets really worried about Angel)
HOSPITAL….
Carmela and Alma come to talk to Angel and they tell him that the cancer has come back. Angel gets really sad and wants to know if they are going to do the same treatment as the last time. Carmela tells him yes and that they are going to talk to Alba since she is the only that can help him.

DANIELA’S CELL….
Daniela is released and she cries and thanks
