Too many un-explainables... anyone know ???

Does anyone know how Esteban got charged based on Servando's letter? As I recall, Carlos found the letter and took it to the priest and left it with him. Shortly afterwards the police came and informed Esteban that he was being charged with Patricia's murder and would be extradited to Aruba. Did the priest turn that letter into the police... and if not, how did the contents of the letter reach the authorities?

Where did Ana Rosa find the tape of Patricia's murder? How did she learn it existed and how did she know where to find it?

In an earlier episode, Ana Rosa found a gun in Demetrio's desk. Daniella came in and reprimanded her for this. Did Ana Rosa know the gun was there? She seemed to be looking for something. Did she have any particular suspicions regarding the gun? What did Daniella say about the gun?

How did Patricia's murder get taped? Was it planned this way by Demetrio or was it an unexplainable accident?

Why did Demetrio keep the tape which is convicting evidence??? I am guessing that he got pleasure from watching it and possibly planned to tape it. Does anyone know?

I had the idea that Demetrio was sexually active with multiple women... impregnating two of them... but as I recall his manhood was belittled by Sophia, Daniella, and Alba .... does anyone know if this was a reference to his cross dressing or something else ? Did they all know he cross dressed? I can only see so far that Patricia knew as she saw him this way and he murdered her.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
Sincerely, Sera

Ok, heres what I know.

The priest gave the letter to Maria, and she gave it Esteban, who put it into his drawer (or something like that). Then Demetria came and stole it, but it didn't show his face. He gave it to the police, and thats how they took him in.

Ana Rosa found the tape somewhere in Demetrias office. In a locked drawer or something.

I didn't see the episode where Ana Rosa found the gun. Hopefully someone will get me (us) informed.

How Pat's murder got taped I have no clue. I was thinking Carmella did it because she loved him. Also, in an earlier episode she said Esteban didn't do it. He didn't kill Pat. It was someone else.

I doubt the other women know Deme crossed dressed. Only Pat knew. I think the reason he dresses like that was because women degrade him, he decided to become a women to feel better.

hope this helps

Thanks for your great replies ! They do indeed help!

They raise a couple of more questions though!

Good heaven's... then how did Demetrio know the letter was in Esteban's drawer and how did he get to it? ( It's amazing the lack of security in such a wealthy home!)

Do you know then if Carmella always knew who the killer is?? That is a crime then... to cover it up.

Does the priest know the truth or has he been given false confessions?

Your comment on Deme dressing like a woman was very interesting! I don't know much about this kind of thing... so maybe it was his reason. I guess even if he felt better he was not aware that he did not look any better! :-)

Best wishes,
Sera

They showed the murderer lurking in the hallway, watching Esteban as he put the letter in the drawer. This is one reason I thought it could be Alba, because there were several scenes where the killer was lurking around the mansion - unnoticed.

They are making it look as if Carmella knew it was Demetrio, but I don't think they'll go that way. They are making her out to be so good now and she couldn't have let Maria rot in jail.

Forgot to mention, when ana rosa found the gun, she was just looking for anything to get Deme in trouble - she wanted to get even for his abuse of her. Daniela just reprimanded her for touching Deme's gun. Neither of them seemed to think there was anything particularly special about the gun. I think the scene was more about showing Daniela's skill with the gun - she handled it comfortably.

Thank you very much, Eliz... I appreciate your excellent observations. I would not have made it through this novella without your help and the gracious repllies of others on this board. I do call my mother... her first language is Spanish... but the problem is that she does not hear so well anymore and often she falls asleep. So I try to fill her in with the information posted here. Thanks again.
