Okay, what in the hell is wrong with this guys face. I don't watch these types of shows but I know his face isn't supposed to look like that. Today, I saw him in the promo and I HAD to watch to make sure I wasn't hallucinating about his freak face.
Does anyone even know who I'm talking about? Does he have some disease or something? I know its not fat.
He recently underwent two separate kidney transplants (the first one didn't work out, so his mother gave him one of hers) and is still on medications to keep him form rejecting the newest one. Your compassion is most touching, by the way.

Yeah, that's right. Most people assume it has to do with side effects of the anti-rejection drugs and/or retaining water due to non-functioning kidneys or something, but you got it on the first guess.
