IT SUCKS!!!

If I had NEVER seen the original 1939 version I would still say this version SUCKS! There is nothing wrong with the cast other then most of them are well past their acting prime, though they were automatically handicapped by a screen-play allegedly updated, it still STINKS! I am well aware of some of the dated aspects of the original, but it still had CLASS & STYLE. This version has neither and will not be remembered at all except that it SUCKED!

Most of the Actresses in this film should have just saved their money and retired for their day has LONG past. Rating, original 1939 version IMDB********Eight (8), 2008 version IMDB**Two (2) and it is lucky too get that high of a rating!
