Wow bad!!

Been watching the Argento films, starting with the Three Mothers films, now watching them in order of what is regarded as his least to his best films - so, I watched GIALLO and now this one.

I was defending GIALLO the other day, but this one I cannot defend! I mean, it was ok for the first half, but by then end I was so completely bored! Lame characters, serious lack of kills for an Argento film . . . all combined for a boring attempt at Hitchcock fan service.

I have to say, be it Mel Brooks, or Gus Van Sant, or even the recent episode of Psych . . . you just can't recapture Hitchcock, not even in homage!

Next up PHANTOM OF THE OPERA - and hopefully then I'm done with his worst films (can't find CARD PLAYER anywhere)
