Has anyone seen this and fully understand what happens? I'm at a bit of a loss.
SPOILERS
I understand that the younger sister died at an early age when she discovered her mothers dead body and the closet fell on her. This left the older sister with mental problems.
What I don't get is all the switching of places between her and the step mother at the end.
Can anyone explain this to me?
In fact, the girl was alone with her father all the time in the house, and the role of the stepmother was invented in her head as a way to let her guilt go because of the fact she did nothing to help her sister (and/or mother) when she was trapped in the closet.
That was a way to show her schizofrenia.
At least that was something I could infere.
Just my thoughts...

I dont believe she invented the stepmother, she was a real character but wasnt actually seen till the end of the movie when she walks into the living room and then again in the hospital and again at the end when she is in the room and something comes from the wardrobe. everything we saw of here throughout the movie was all in the girls head. The only ones in the house ( except for the dinner scene) were the father and the daughter.
That is what I think, although I still have alot of questions.

i dont know why this movie got a 7.6 out of 10 rating it is just so stupid and cack.
the movie doesn not make sense.
Is this ment to be horro or a drama.
the stepmother is bad for letting her sister die
but how can the step mother tie her sister in the closet when her sister wasn't there
the whole movie just doesnt make sense
thsi movie is in the same level as soul plane
