U.S. release? Extras with English subs?

I was wondering if a U.S. release was scheduled at all, so I could get my hands on DVD extras I CAN UNDERSTAND.

i don't think there is an R1 release coming anytime soon. knowing how long we had to wait for other japanese stuff, we might see one in 2007 or so :(

The Japanese Edition has English subtitles. It can be ordered from Yesasia.com. All you need is a multiregion DVD player

EvilGnome-1 is looking for a copy that has subtitled DVD extras. It is unlikely the original Japanese edition (R2) has english subtitles for the DVD extras.

You got to wait for an authentic R1 to be released (highly unlikely, highly slow).

I picked up a region-free copy at a convention this weekend. Poker Industries has it.

eBay's got it for cheap. Look for the seller, gothamcityentertainment. Got mine in less than a week.

Thanks for the help with finding the DVD. I'm a huge fan of foreign films and when I saw this trailer for SS5 I immediately searched around to find the DVD, but the ebay seller gothamcityentertainment has the best price. Thanks!

why? if I am unable to get the original, why not get the bootleg? It's not our fault they wont release it legally to us.

I have no clue what mine is, but the cover is in Japanese, and it plays on my computer with English subtitles. That's all I care about. I believe I got in on Amazon. It says on the disc that all rights are reserved...etc.
