Why did her colleagues...

complain about her? At the beginning of the film her boss tells her that she has to take time off because her colleagues have submitted complaints against her but I don't remember the complaints ever being addressed later in the movie. Does anyone know or have any ideas about what the complaints were about?

She seemed like she just kept to herself, not really speaking to anyone. I don't think her job needed her to communicate so I can't imagine why her colleagues would complain about her, especially since it was such a big place.

I just watched this for the 1st time, so I may be missing something, but the boss was talking about union stuff, so maybe the coworkers were frustrated that she wasn't "on board" (which she couldn't have been if she just wanted to be left alone, and had her hearing aid turned off). Union people want solidarity (rightly so), but that's not gonna happen with someone who wants no part of his/her social environment.
