Is Princess Zelda the same Zelda from Wind Waker?

If you look at the artwork for Zelda as well as Link in this game, they look the same as the Zelda and Link from Wind Waker. So are they the same Zelda and Link from Wind Waker? What about Malon and Talon? Are they the same ones from Ocarina of Time?
