DVD Release/U.S. Release

Will there, at any point, be a limited release of this film in American theatres or festival? Also, when is this film set to hit the shelves on DVD?

Hi, it's available in the UK on DVD now, (it came out last week!) :O)

Not so, I live in the states and have a region 1 dvd player. I bought the UK DVD and programmed my dvd player to be region free. Most dvd players can be easily programmed to be region free. Just look it up online.

Well, I'd very much dispute that "less than 1%" figure, unless you've completely misunderstood what removing region coding actually entails. "Willing to bust open your DVD player", indeed. Almost all DVD players, standalone or TV/DVD combi, can be made multi-region by way of a simple software hack already included by the manufacturer - usually something as easy as typing in a short code on the main menu screen - and the process is completely harmless to the machine, doesn't break any laws and won't invalidate your warranty in any way.

Also, there very definitely is a UK DVD, published by Momentum Worldwide. Try searching under the title "Hell" rather than "L'Enfer".

Bust open??? I have no idea what gave you that impression. Getting rid of the region code is a simple process(as the poster before me pointed out) it only entails typing in a few commands on your remote, you don't even have to touch your dvd player. For mine it was a matter of typing in a few numbers and pressing up down a few times-which brought up a menu that allowed me to make my dvd player region free.

Type in the director's name and you'll find the film on amazon UK

How to make your DVD player region free without voiding the warranty (or opening the case) ...

In reply to the original post: I rented this film on DVD just yesterday. I live in Mexico so I assume it's a region 4 DVD though many DVDs realeased here are either region 1/4 or region free.
